FLAG BOARD MEETINGS
Dates & Minutes

The Board meets regularly to discuss association business (at least once in Spring and once in Fall, see the calendar). Business may also be conducted electronically (email, website, etc.). There is one general membership meeting per year (= the conference business luncheon).

Members are encouraged to contact the board with their concerns, ideas, suggestions for agenda items, etc. Please inform a board member several days before a board meeting. Dates are posted in the Calendar. Also let us know if you are interested in serving on the board!

Members in good standing may obtain copies of the minutes for the respective board meeting by contacting the secretary. Typically, minutes from one meeting will be approved at the start of the following meeting; thus it may take up to one year for the final minutes of the most recent meeting(s) to become available.
