FLAG NEWS FEED

In addition to its Mailing List, FLAG offers the option to receive its latest announcements, news, reminders, alerts, updates, notification, etc. via a newsfeed. Simply subscribe to this (free) feed and read it using a dedicated RSS reader, or a browser and/or an email client with built-in readers.

New, modern browsers (such as Mozilla FireFox or Opera) have built-in feed readers. A web site that offers feeds will display the pertinent icon in the address bar (as does this page). Click on this icon and available feeds will be shown; subscribe by bookmarking (or whatever your browser calls it) your selection(s). To read, go to this item (somtimes also called "live bookmark") and select its content (these are the regularly updating feeds).
For a reader or an email client, simply click on the or logo button next to the feed you wish to receive. An oddly formatted page may show--ignore this, what you need is the URL in the address bar/field: copy this URL ("http://www.flageorgia.org/newsfeed.xml") and enter it in your program as appropriate.
