All conference participants, including ALL presenters, must pay FLAG dues and
registration. Dues which are listed at conference time as "not paid" must be
paid at registration. Make checks payable to FLAG. Send completed registration

Please note that the Conference Sessions that are included in your registration fee
begin at 4:15 p.m. on Friday, February 15, 2002. The SDU workshop (ten hours) and
the half-day workshops offered on Friday morning and Friday afternoon require
registration and payment prior to the conference

Please pay close attention to the following:

• The deadline for registration is January 31, 2002. After that everyone will pay an additional $5.00 late fee.
• Name badges are required for entrance to ALL FLAG functions. A replacement fee of $5.00 will be charged for all lost badges.
• A fee of $25.00 will be charged for each check returned for Insufficient Funds.
• Send the "Official Registration Form" to Mary Ellen Beaton at the address listed on the forms.
• Send your HOTEL registration form directly to the Continuing Education Center in Athens.
• EVERYONE who attends the conference MUST be a FLAG member. If you have not renewed your membership at this time, you MUST do so now. If your dues are not RECEIVED before January 31, 2002, you must repay your dues at the registration desk.
• FLAG will make NO REFUNDS after the January 29, 2002 deadline.
• Lunch on Saturday is included in registrations that are received prior to January 31, 2002.
