NOTICE! THE FLAG ANNUAL CONFERENCE WILL TAKE PLACE AS SCHEDULED DESPITE WEATHER CONDITIONS.

Dear FLAG Member:

Please read the following information before you continue with registering for the 2004 FLAG Conference, February 27-28, 2004 at the Center for Continuing Education in Athens, Georgia. At the bottom of this page you will find everything you need in order to register, including:
(1) Program-at-a-Glance,
(2) Conference Registration form (send to Mary Ellen Beaton),
(3) Hotel reservation form (send directly to the hotel)
(4) Member-at-large nomination form.

Please note that the Conference Sessions included in your registration fee begin at 4:15 p.m. on Friday. The Workshop Sessions offered on Friday morning and Friday afternoon require an additional fee.

Please pay close attention to the following while registering:

• The deadline for registration is January 26, 2004. After that, an additional $5.00 late fee applies.
• Name badges are required for entrance to ALL FLAG functions. Replacement of lost badges-$5.00
• A fee of $25.00 will be charged for each check returned for insufficient funds.
• Send the “Official FLAG Registration Form” to Mary Ellen Beaton at the address listed on the form,
• Send your HOTEL registration form directly to the Continuing Education Center in Athens.
• EVERYONE who attends the conference MUST be a FLAG member.
• If you have not renewed your membership at this time, you MUST do so now. If your dues are not received before January 26, 2004 you must repay your dues at the registration desk.
• NO REFUNDS will be made by FLAG after the January 26, 2004 deadline.
• Please understand that there will be NO OTHER refunds (e.g., hotel) issued by FLAG.
• Lunch on Saturday is included in registrations that are received prior to January 26, 2004.
• Because of seating limits in the ballroom no one registering on-site will be able to attend the FLAG luncheon on Saturday.
