FLAG ANNUAL CONFERENCE
Registration Information

Please read and pay close attention to the following information before you continue registering for the conference. At the bottom of this page you will find everything you need in order to register.

  • EVERYONE who attends the conference--all participants, including ALL presenters--must pay FLAG dues and registration fees.
    • If you have not renewed your membership at this time, do so now.
    • If your dues are not received before the registration deadline, you must repay your dues at the registration desk.
    • Note that membership status will be verified.
  • The deadline for registration is February 5, 2010 (postmark/timestamp).
    • NO REFUNDS will be made after the deadline.
    • After the deadline, an additional $5 late fee applies for everyone.
    • All fees paid on site must be in the form of cash or a check (school or personal) (make all checks payable to FLAG). NO credit card payments, NO Purchase Orders/POs will be accepted on site.
    • If the system issues a P.O. it MUST be paid by conference date or the participants will have to pay. Members whose schools or districts are paying are encouraged to follow up with their bookkeeper to ensure that FLAG will receive payment by the deadline.
    • A fee of $35 will be charged for each check returned due to "Insufficient Funds".
    • A receipt is inserted at the center in the printed copy of the official progam. Complete and use as appropriate. If a signature is required inquire at the registration table.
  • If using the printed "Official Registration Form", send it to the address listed on the forms.
  • Exhibitors are asked to use the Exhibitor Application Form (PDF).
  • Make room reservations directly with the hotel (call, send forms etc. there).
  • Every registered participant will receive one printed copy of the official progam. A nominal fee will be charged for misplaced or additional copies.
  • Name badges are required for entrance to ALL FLAG functions. A replacement fee of $5 will be charged for lost badges.
  • Pre-conference PLU (SDU) classes (ten hours) and the half-day workshops are offered on Friday morning and afternoon. They require additional fees and prior registration. (There will be an additional $5 processing fee for on site registrations).
  • The Interest Sessions that are included in the registration fee begin at 4:15 p.m. on Friday.
  • Registering implies permission to FLAG to use in its publications photos and videos taken that might depict you.
  • A list of restaurants, menus, etc. will be included in your registration bag (available at the FLAG registration desk).
    • Lunch on Saturday is included in registrations that are received and fully paid prior to the deadline. A limited number of lunch tickets may be available for those registering on Saturday.

All paperwork required for recertification, professional credits, PLUs, etc. is the sole responsibility of the conference participant. FLAG assumes no liability with regard to credits for conference attendance.
