Be sure to make your hotel reservations as soon as possible. In order to be eligible for conference hotel rate you MUST make your reservation by Thursday, February 10, 2011.

Single & Double Rooms: $99
Note: Individual guests are responsible for incidental expenses. The guest will be expected to leave a valid credit card or a cash deposit in the amount of $50.00 with the hotel at the time of check-in.

• Web/Online: direct link to the event-specific reservation process. Update / verify arrival and departure dates, etc. Note that the link will open in a separate browser/window/popup.

Do NOT send hotel reservations with your conference registrations. FLAG does NOT handle the hotel reservations.
