AV Price List

We are honored this year that Multimedia Solutions, the Georgia distributor of SANAKO Digital Language Labs, will be assisting FLAG by donating the use of six Promethean Interactive Whiteboards and Projectors. We would like to thank Stevens Learning, Inc. for providing internet connections at several workshops and sessions at this year's conference. We would also like to thank SPI Language Immersion. They have graciously donated the FLAG bags for this year's conference.

The Westin Atlanta Airport *DOES* allow presenters to bring in their own AV equipment. If you do bring your own equipment, you *WILL NOT* be charged. If you do request AV equipment from the hotel, FLAG will have to pass that cost along to you. FLAG will make every attempt at putting people with the same AV requests in the same room throughout the day so you may share the cost, but FLAG cannot guarantee it. Since the hotel allows FLAG to bring in AV equipment, we would advise each presenter to bring as much of their own equipment as possible. Please let me know if you decide to bring your own equipment so I can mark you off the list. If you request AV and it is ordered for you, you will be responsible for payment. AV equipment may not be canceled at the last moment since FLAG is responsible for payment once it is ordered. The last day to cancel AV request with me will be February 1, 2011.
