AV Price List
AV equipment will be available for an additional cost. FLAG will make every
effort to help offset the AV cost by scheduling those with the same needs in
the same room at different times and dividing the cost between presentations.
However, FLAG cannot make this a guarantee. AV prices are available upon
request from the FLAG Conference Director.
Please note that due to the above the final cost for AV may not be available
until the conference.
You are, however, welcome to bring in your own
equipment as the hotel generously allows our presenters to do so.
If you bring your own equipment, you will not be charged. If you request AV
equipment through FLAG we will have to pass that cost along to you. FLAG will
make every attempt at putting people with the same AV requests in the same room
throughout the day so you may share the cost, but FLAG cannot guarantee it.
Since the hotel allows FLAG to bring in AV equipment, we would advise each
presenter to bring as much of their own equipment as possible. Internet is
really the only equipment/resource that would be impossible to bring in.
Please let me know if you decide to bring your own equipment so record this
accordingly. If you request AV and it is ordered for you, you will be
responsible for payment. AV equipment may not be canceled at the last moment
since FLAG is responsible for payment once it is ordered. The last day to
cancel AV request with me will be February 1, 2010. All cancellations must be
made through me. Do NOT contact the hotel as they are not authorized
to either add or subtract any equipment.
FLAG board members are attempting to bring screens and other audio visual
equipment for the presentation rooms. If you can bring a tripod screen from
your school/system that we could use during the conference, please e-mail
me and let me know. It would help our overall costs tremendously.
