AV equipment will be available for an additional cost. FLAG will make every effort to help offset the AV cost by scheduling those with the same needs in the same room at different times and dividing the cost between presentations. However, FLAG cannot make this a guarantee. AV prices are available upon request from the FLAG Conference Director (link will open in separate window/pop-up). - You may bring in your own equipment as the hotel generously allows our presenters to do so.
